Designing users’ experiences requires a paradigm shift; thinking in terms of problems and solution-finding methods rather than solely deliverables. As a result, designer’s process is incredibly important.
I’ve done my best work using a Lean process, especially with the Jobs to be Done framework. That said, flexibility and adaptability arenecessities in design, not just virtues - I’m happy to learn new ways to do the work better.
